2. Purpose and acceptance
This legal notice governs access to and use of the SafeLadyNails online shop. Browsing the site makes you a user and means that you accept this notice. Purchases are also governed by our Terms and conditions, and the processing of your data by our Privacy policy and our Cookie policy.
3. Prices
All prices shown in the shop are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated in the Shipping policy and are shown in the cart and on the checkout page before you pay.
4. Use of the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Introduce viruses or other harmful programs, or try to access restricted areas of the site or of its providers' systems.
- Use the site for fraudulent purposes, or impersonate another person when buying.
- Publish content that is unlawful, offensive or false, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
We may remove content that breaches these rules and, if necessary, block access for anyone who breaches them.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, the design and the logo of SafeLadyNails, and the other content of the site, are owned by Pablo Calomarde José or are used with the authorisation of their owners. Some illustrations and images have been generated with artificial intelligence tools. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation for commercial purposes without our authorisation is prohibited, except in the cases permitted by law.
6. Liability
We work to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, and to keep the site running without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no occasional technical errors. If you spot any, we would be grateful if you let us know at safeladynails@gmail.com.
This site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, carrier tracking or payment providers). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content; if we become aware that a link leads to unlawful content, we will remove it.
Nothing above limits the liability that the law places on us towards consumers for purchases made in the shop.
